Return and refund policy

At Blooms Culture Flowers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we follow a fair and transparent refund and return policy.


No Return Policy (Perishable Goods)
• Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items and cannot be returned once delivered.
• Cakes, chocolates, and edible items are also non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

After verification, we may offer one of the following:
• Replacement of the product
• Partial refund
• Store credit

The decision will be based on the nature of the issue.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
• Wrong product delivered
• Poor quality or damaged flowers at the time of delivery
• Order not delivered due to our fault

Refunds are not applicable for:
• Slight variations in flower color or arrangement
• Seasonal substitutions of equal or higher value
• Recipient unavailability or incorrect address details
• Delivery delays caused by external factors


Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Same-day, customized, or special occasion orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Cancellation requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp.


Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds.
• Re-delivery or wastage charges may apply.


Substitution Policy

In rare cases of flower unavailability, substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color theme.
