Cancellation Policy
At Blooms Culture Flowers, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is confirmed and processing has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
• If eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled after dispatch may incur delivery or handling charges.
Non-Delivery Situations
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
